Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or regional delivery providers. Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and operational efficiency.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the label is created.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including name, street address, apartment/unit number, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and email address.
We cannot guarantee address changes once processing has begun.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, restricted access, refusal of delivery, or missed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to the carrier or fulfillment center. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Carrier Issues
Once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, transit operations are handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, labor actions, high-volume shipping seasons, or incorrect customer information.
If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first. Wed Rips will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipment investigations when possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and order details to investigate the claim.
