• Shipping labels have not been generated

Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the stage of processing.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

• Inventory allocation has been completed
• Packaging has started
• Shipping labels have been generated
• Tracking information has been issued
• Carrier pickup has been scheduled
• Shipment has been dispatched

Once an order enters fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible.

Refused Deliveries

Customers who refuse delivery after shipment may remain responsible for:

Refusing delivery does not automatically create eligibility for refunds.

Fraud Prevention

Wed Rips reserves the right to deny cancellation requests involving:

• Fraudulent activity
• Repeated policy abuse
• Chargeback manipulation
• Unauthorized transactions
