At Wed Rips, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products include genuine leather belts and wallets, we maintain a limited exchange and return policy focused on shipping or product issues.

No General Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong style, color, or size
  • Personal preference
  • Normal wear after use
  • Minor color differences due to screens or lighting
  • Shipping delays outside our control

When Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds Are Allowed

We only approve an exchange, return, or refund if:

  1. The item arrived damaged

Visible damage that occurred before delivery or during transit.

  1. The item is defective

A manufacturing defect affects normal use.

  1. The wrong item was delivered

You received a product different from the one ordered.

All claims are subject to review and approval by our support team.

30-Day Claim Window

You must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for review.

Required Documentation

To process a claim, we may request:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the damaged area
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Order number and delivery confirmation

Insufficient evidence may result in claim denial.

Approval Process

Do not return products without written authorization. After review, we will notify you whether the claim is approved or denied and provide return instructions if applicable.

Return Shipping

If a claim is approved, we may provide a return shipping label. Customers may still be responsible for packaging and mailing costs unless otherwise stated in writing.

Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns should be sent back in their original condition whenever possible. Items showing misuse, unauthorized modification, excessive wear, or intentional damage may be rejected.
